Similar in hue to the 2021 but with perhaps just a touch more depth. As you would expect from a 36 month maturation, some beautifully scented cedar oak notes mingled with the blackcurrant spice fruit notes, but the oak held in check by the fact of the maturation vessels being 500L puncheons, not barriques. On the palate that cedar spice follows through with a lovely elegance and the and the finesse we expect from this vineyard but not lacking textural richness. A truly vineyard representative Voices.
