– Two night minimum booking – Three nights Christmas, New Year and Easter – 

• 50% deposit payable upon confirmation of booking.
• Confirmation & deposit paid confirms acceptance of terms & conditions
• Cancellation more than 45 days out: full refund
• Cancellation between 45 and 30 days out: $100 booking fee applies
• Cancellation 30 days or less out: All monies paid are retained but monies retained may be put toward a new booking within 6 months of original booking or original booking date may be transferred to another party.
• Gourmet cooked breakfast and continental breakfast provisions provided for full stay.
• Mid stay service provided for stays of 6 nights or more.
• “The Kirche” is strictly a non-smoking premise inside the building. If evidence of smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be charged to the cardholder.
• We realise accidents happen but any wilful damage will be charged to the cardholder.
• Use of the second bedroom, during a one bedroom booking will attract the two bedroom rate. 
• Unless otherwise requested, all sundry charges will be processed on the same credit card as the deposit was paid.
• Strictly NO PARTY Policy. Maximum guests permitted onto the premises as per total amount booked
• “The Kirche” is a sole occupancy property.
