Virginia Weckert is the Financial Director of Charles Melton; wife of Charlie and mother of three. She also has the huge task of overseeing the general running of the business.
A typical day for Virginia involves being the IT manager, Payroll officer, Interior designer, in-house Chef, and lastly our Fitness Coordinator. Yes, she makes sure we all get up for BootCamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am at the winery.
