2021 Father in Law Shiraz
Deeper, but lovely resolved colour. Bright and clear limpidity but avoiding any brash luminosity. A mix of sweet cacao and black fruit on the nose. A hint of licorice too, with the palate showing a depth and roundness with excellent weight, but also with a liveliness that the 2021's possess. Again, a little air brings out the red fruit perfumes and a delicious touch of vanillin oak perfume.
